Unhappy T50 and T39 16GB

Bailey,

I know nothing about the T50, but I can tell you the 16GB T39 is available directly at the factory right now.
The problem is, I think many sellers have lost faith in the T39 all together, so maybe this is why teclast and the rebranders are not ordering any (even though it is possible to build them now).

I for one won't touch a T39 16GB, unless I can get my hands on a Pasen version. The nonbranded and Teclast versions have given both me and my customers way too many headaches to tolerate.

I can tell you for sure that I received word from Tian Jiao saying that the 16GB T39 is finally ready for order.

Maybe they will start popping up in the next month or so.

SkySports,

I you'll recall, I bought my T39 8gb from your store, and couldn't be happier with the customer service you provided, but the T39 itself is a disaster!

I, personally, never bothered you about all of the countless issues I've had with mine, but I certainly feel both your pain and the pain of all those who've had to endure this technological travesty!

Unhappy T39 Disaster

Daharder,

You have no idea! To this day, I am still replacing early first run T39. I made myself a promise that I would not pass any problems down to the customer, or resellers no matter what. The problem is, basically every single T39 (first run) I sold has had to come back. After doing end of year accounting, I am fully aware of how much this has slammed me and probably other sellers out there. I am fully aware that:
1. the customers are not to blame
2. The factory is to blame

This has been so bad for me that I have really lost the stomach to every sell an MP4 player ever again. This is one reason I have not stocked any newer models just yet. You have no idea how heartbreaking (and embarassing) it is to sell a customer a defective player. Even if you replace it or give a refund, that customer will never come back to you, and rightly so. I want to say again that these problems have nothing to do with my customers. This also means that if every single person on this forum had a big futuredaps pity party and purchased every single player in stock, it would do NO good at all. The problem is up the supply chain.

On the other hand,
The newer Pasen Touchmusic I have in stock have the lowest defect rate of any player I have ever carried, well except the original ONDA VX-858. I assume all the newer T39 brands and rebrands are much better than the original ones. But.... One member has recently had BIG problems with his Pasen, so don't hold your breath just yet.

Man! The more I look at this 'prototype' (?), the more gorgeous it becomes...

I sure hope the beauty is more than 'Skin Deep' this time.

It's most certain that it uses the new Rockchip solution. It should play video (AVI, RMVB, RM, FLV) without the need of conversion.

Apparently comes in black and white versions.

- Is anyone sure that it is a touch device? The RAmos RM970 originally looked like a touch device too, but isn't.

Wow, finally some honest comments about the T39.

I got mine in the UK with a warranty and I hope it blows up before this expires.
