I have Teclast C260 Player, when i connect to PC which has XP, its working. But when i connect to the PC which has Vista, it could not detect the driver and i could not browse my player files in Vista. Can anyone please help to solve this issue by giving detailed instructions.

Thanks,

Vista won't connect - solution

Rajasekar,
I own a shop in Puerto Rico, where I sell the C260. We had a problem that Vista would unmount the player immediately after it was introduced. We solved this by opening Windows Media Player, and then plugging in the C260. WMP does not let windows unmount the player (which was a problem for us before because people couldn't safely remove players while WMP was open). I hope this helps.

PS - If it is a driver problem, just look up "vista rockchip driver" on google
