Anybody wonder how to get iTunes to work on your teclast or any of your mp3 players? Well i found a solution. Some may of of already heard of the program called iTunes agent, it's a simple program that manipulates itunes to use a playlist as to sync the teclast or other mp3 players. You can get it from here
http://ita.sourceforge.net/. it's very handy as i got the white t29. But one thing, it's required to have .NET Framework 2.0 for it to work. in order for it to work, after you have itunes, .net net framework 2.0, and itunes agent installed, plug in your teclast, and let windows detect it and mount it. then with nothing open, start itunes agent, and it will automatically start up itunes and itunes agent should be an gray tray icon by the clock. next right click the gray itunes agent icon and it should give you 3 preset devices, the psp, Sony walkman phone, and a generic player. of course the teclast is not a generic player do you have to make a new profile for it by click at the bottom new, and it should clear the preset names out for you to type the information in to get itunes to work. so when you that far type in the following:
Name: anything of your desire. i recommend teclast and the model and label number if you have more than one player.
Synchronize pattern: it gives you 3 options Flat, artist folder, itunes. don't pick itunes, flat will put the file just in the folder, artist folder will add the artist name in the folder&the file inside the folder.
Music folder: browse to the music folder on the teclast.
Reconize by folder/file, the music folder name must be exact.
and accociate with playlist: i picked my devices because i wanted to add the music i want and plus i have over 2500 songs on my computer and my teclast can't hold it all, so i chose my devices.
after all the infomation is entered, save it and the gray itunes thing will pop up so so is synced with itunes.
so afterwards you got that settled, notice that when you try to drag a song to my devices, it won't allow because under that you'll have to create a playlist under it.
so that should let it work on teclast.
Good Luck!
