| Is that a file extension?  Join Date: Jan 2008

| Player has died suddenly. I was just listening to my music when the player stopped working. It works when I plug it in, but stops working immediatly after. Any ideas what the problem is? Should I just send it back to futuredaps? |

| Bad T39 theomegaman009, Can you be a little more specific? Do you mean to say that the player ONLY works when it is plugged in via USB? But as soon as it is unplugged from USB or charger, it shuts off? This sounds like a battery issue - hardware related. Nothing you can do about it from there. To answer your question, I WOULD send it back to Futuredaps and get it replaced. Please PM me and we will get this sorted out.... ------------------------------------------- This is the biggest advantage of buying domestically from an official seller. an official seller CAN honor the warranty and the factory will repair any players from the official seller. No one gets hurt this way. But it sure would be nicer if they didn't fail to begin with. Skysports

 | my player didn't suddenly die but the speaker doesnt work any more and sometimes when i listen to the earbuds i can here some like static going on sometimes not all the time what can i do to fix this? i got the 2nd run the ones that skysports sold second do you know which ones im talking about? i really need the speaker.. but it just wont work i feel like its the whole earjack though. |

|  Bad T39 Yes, Yes..... Keep em' coming.... The earphone jack is most common cause of problems on newer T39. You have a PM with return instructions, Toneoner. Not your fault. Anyone else have any new T39 nightmares to discuss - from Futuredaps, no less? T39 is not giving anyone a good year I'm afraid. skysports

|  Oooopss..... Something just occured to me. This is not a futuredaps thread or forum for that matter. Not to mention, there is no sellers or marketplace section of the new MP4users. Please keep Futuredaps discussion, or any other stores in PM only. I hope Error (our administrator) is not mad, and will not kill me dead.... I hope not. Gulp.
