1st Run T39 Problem

I bought a 1st run t39 in july of 07 and I haven't had any major problem until now.Not having used my t39 for a couple of days I decided to use it today to find out that something is seriously wrong with my t39. When I insert any head phones I can only hear one side of the headphone. I tried 3 different headphones and they all did the same thing. I also tried these 3 different headphones on my Samsung P2 and they worked perfectly. Besides the headphone issue the speaker doesn't work NO More at ALL. I tried cleaning the speaker but i can't hear nothing.I never dropped it or tampered with it. I remeber that it had warranty for 1 year. So what my question is can someone help me fix this or is this a defective t39?

uh oh- i had the same problem with my teclast 1st run and i think it affected most 1st run players.. so my suggestion is find out the warrenty on where you got it from, most places have a 12month warrenty i know where i got mine from Futuredaps.com it had a 12 month warrenty. so i returned it..it was also broken though then i recieved a newer model and worked fine scince august.

I bought the t39 from skysports. I told him about the problem and he
was cool about it he said it was defective and he would exchange my t39 for a new one.

Skysports (Futuredaps.com (Powered by CubeCart)) has a great costumer support imo

Hopefully you will recieved the no problem kicked ass Pasen/Teclast Touchmusic T39 from Futudaps.com cause Pasen fixed all these problems that Teclast hasn't! I have had my Pasen true 8gb touchmusic 4 a couple of months now and it kicks ass, its very slick and very powerful, especialy the awesome sound it puts out!
