Arrow Help please

Hi i have just bought a teclast t39 from ebuyer.com (they brand it as shockwake), i think it is a Rockchip player.

I want to change the theme as i hate the start up logo that says "mini mp4 player". I have seen alot of themes on this website but how do i put them onto my player?

A step by step instructions on how to put a new theme on a teclast t39 would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You may have a T39R or other copy. The T39R is very much different then the T39. Do you have the firmware file if not I will post one shortly. How are your icons in the menu do they have color or are they all one color. If you have the firmware just use a rockchip editer to change the firmware image.

Original T39 is not rockchip... is a Telechips with a Wolfson DAC... T39 is easier to change its skin than a Rockchip. In fact I own a Cowon D2 which is the same type of player (Telechips + Wolfson) and there are tools to manipulate easily... For T39 there is a tool named Resedit which simplify the task.

Tsunami would you be so kind and post a picture of your player?

Its Easy To Update Firmware For T39

If you have music already in your player, make your once connected to your computer you open the player's letter drive, and make a full copy of all your folders of your player to your desktop. Then disconect your t39 from your pc, turn on your teclast if not on yet, go to setup, general, and formate player. Once formated, turn on your player again and it will ask for new firmware. Connect your player again to pc, open the letter drive of the player and drag and drop the new firmware. Disconcet the player and they turn on the player again, it will update automatically and then shut off. Turn player again and your done, new them, firmware etc and now drag and drop your folders that you backed up back to the letter drive folder of your player! Enjoy...
