Hello,

I bought my T39 a few months ago and love it. Its a 4GB official Teclast version. Unfortunatley I broke it by accident a few weeks ago and need to get it repaired. I know teclast give a 1 yr warrenty with it but as the warrenty card inside the box is all in chinese I cannot fill it out.Could someone tell me is there a way I can get my player fixed by teclast ?

Ok there's just one little problem....the warranty of the Teclast branded players is not valid if you bought the player outside China or if you send the player from any other country....because legally talking the Teclast players are only allowed to be sold inside China....If you bought it from a friend...ask him where he got it? and see if can contact the original seller to use your warranty...otherwise I think you'll end up with a nice hitech paperweight
