| I've just received mine from Realwinting. I haven't much time right now, ealry reports are that the interface is very responsive, the sound quality is fantastic, although I haven;t played with all settings yet, the custom EQ still has be lower than middle for best sound. It works under Linux, is quite fast. I quickly tried playing back a movie which I encoded with I think 600 Kbps video and MP3 audio, it was O.K. but it did fall out of sync after a few minutes. I will be experimenting to find its sweet spot, its certainly much better than the C260 I used previously. Internal speaker is quite clear, lacks bass as you would expect, but is more usable than others I've heard. I'll report more later, I'm for the long weekend now. |
