You have come to the right place, literally. Click on page 1 of this same thread. There is a message from me called "firmware releases" dated 6-25.
The .99 firmware you require is available there. I am working to get a newer 1.25 version soon from the factory, but .99 will tide you over and get the player back into operating state. Just drag the BIN and ROM files into the root directory of the player, then power it on after that. Power on, one more time to complete the update.

Hi skysports i have another problem if you could help me everything i transfer onto my t39 seems to go into all my files including the update u told me about also in all my files there is a folder named Record have you any ideas????????

Hi all i was wondering if someone could help me im having trouble getting films to play on my t39. Any help would be welcome

Hello Sky Sports I have a major problem in t39(4G).Yesterday one of the button was mistakely pressed after that what happened i dont know.It autmatically stopped.When I again started it then it shows an error i.e:"Resource Error:Upgrade version 0.99".
Can u plz find the solution for me.I am waiting still waiting........
