Does everyone know if this theme will get updated to work with the newest firmware(v1.07)?

Because im having some problems with this one. When I try to read E-book while listening to music, it just suddenly laggs and says 'loading..' all the time, so I have to wait till the battey runs dry. I really like this theme.
