Please Help!! TL-C210 MP3 player

Hi!
I am in India. Presently I own one Teclast TL-C210 MP3 player. The problem I am facing while I tune FM player. FM player doesn't work . There is no sound. It can not set any station. I tried all the options but failed. I must also admit that the FM player once worked and it was OK, how I do not know. After I turned it off the FM is dead. I have also upgraded the firmware version to latest one (upgrading was successful as it shows in the software screen). But, it does not solve the problem .
There is no Teclast outlet in India to send it for service. Please help me regarding this. If anyone knows teclast tech support email or suggestions please reply.

The radio will not work unless the headset is plugged in.

Yes headphone, it acts as the att for the radio. The only other thing I can think of is going to settings, radio, and changing the band. I think theres 4 settings, just try them all.
