List of Ebay sellers

Hey how about a list of ebay sellers that are legit sellers. As in they are selling actually what they say they are. This way we know where we can buy a player and not get burned on ebay, which is more helpful than making a petition against sellers that are not legit. Why, would I say this? Think about it. When you were in the market for a player, was there enough info to get the player you wanted. Besides the info from the ad stating it played video and audio and could use it as a flashdrive. Here's an example (since I am still waiting for mine to be delivered) on what should be in the list :

1[Seller]2[Brand/Model#/ID]3[Software/version]4[FirmwareVersion]5[Features]
1[JoeSeller]2[MK8203]3[AVIConverter 4.0]4[JBC102v1.1]5[Music/Video/Wifi/Calendar/Bluetooth]

Smile Ebay, the safest place to buy MP4s

Hello,

Since the new ebay feedback policy went into effect, I think you can safely buy ANYTHING on ebay now.
If you don't get exactly what you bought (or better) you can give the seller a negative feedback, the seller can no longer give the buyer a negative feedback. In fact, if the seller does not do EXACTLY what you desire, you can give him a negative feedback just out of spite.

Therefore, the only MP4 sellers still selling on ebay, are the kind of sellers you want to buy from, plain and simple. Just read the feedback ratings and pay attention to the most recent feedback, and you should be fine.

In fact, because of this feedback policy, you are safer now buying on ebay than from a traditional online store, that has no feedback system at all.

I for one, fully support this feedback policy. It has scared most of the crooks off.

new feedback policy is very welcome but it is naive to assume that all sellers are now honest at eBay or that buying at eBay is 100% safe. Far from it!

Some sellers have been to known to do bogus trades with each other and give each other positive feedbacks.

Also, it takes time for neg feedback to accumulate. There is nothing to stop a seller from doing a hit and run and re-appearing with a new name.

Unlike buying online or from a shop within your own country, you are not protected by consumer laws when buying from abroad. At best, you are left at the mercy of the decision made by PayPal to get your money back. Even if PayPal decide in your favor, PayPal won't make a refund in certain circumsatnces.

Caveat Emptor!

I think admiralcrom has made a great suggestion here!
Why not have a 'Baddies List' as well as a 'Goodies List'

Smile New Name New Feedback

Hello,

I see your point, except that when you get a new Ebay ID, your feedback goes back to zero. There is no way anyone is going to EVER buy an MP4 on ebay from a zero feedback seller. They can't get away with this.
