I'm back from my ifa-visit and i'm somewhat disappointed
as only a few big players like samsung or lg or creative allowed
visitors to actually play around with their new models.
the booth with teclast-players was very small and only showed the players we already know about (no need to take more pictures than the one below).
the most impressive players where the new creative zen and above all the samsung yp-p2, which has by far the most brilliant screen (3-inch) i've ever seen. it has bluetooth and a very nice touchscreen gui and is of
excellent build quality.
also very impressive was the cowon q5 which is already more of portable pc
than an pmp.

For me this is just a Teclast distributor... not Teclast itself

this is the actual manufacturer they make the same player and sell them to company's like neo zazz teclast zino etc... that why all the players look so much alike

retailers can place orders for larger amounts but no selling to private users.
but then i would have opted for the samsung yp-p2 which is very well worth the high price tag of 299 € for 8 gb.
i had my t39 with me and could compare it directly to other players in terms of size, weight and screen brightness.
screen brightness is where the t39 lacks in comparison.
i hope a new firmware can adress this as there already is a brightness setting.

I mean that Teclast, no matter if it is the manufacturer or not, have to exist as a company, and the picture is not showing that company, but a manufacturer that sells to lots others companies.
So they aren't interested in show their latest products or projects, but the devices that are more attractive for buyers, who are not necessarily are looking for new technology, which is risky. They look for safe products for business.

what firmware do you have
