Yes, this is the ole "the one sold on eBay" 8gb player that everyone seems to see and know but no one seems to ever want to support after they sell it.

I know it's called the model # YU104 and it's made by a company called "Kingazz" (or they're claiming they made it) 2.8 inch Touch screen and handle writing mp4 player, micro sd card slot,FM Speak - MP3 MP4 - Product Catalog - KINGAZZ INTERNATION

But no one seems to have the firmware for this little sucker.

I dunno about anyone else but i've had serious problems with transferring files. Try and store more than 5-10, at one time, and it freezes up and has to be cold reset before it will work again.

Of course, it could be this "cheap" USB-cable that came with it. I tried another similar cable (for an HP device and i've had MUCH better results.

Now, it's SUPPOSED to have this function where you go to SETTINGS, press UPGRADE (with the flash software running) but that doesn't seem to work for me.

no one supports them

many many many factories hurn out these players now, all look the same on the outside, sut they are not, they are made with whatever cheap part the factory can find, and as such even players from the same factory will be different

these player are really popular with buyers, which is solely the reason they are made .. guaranteed sale!!!

the company that claims this is just a name, they mae nothing, if you want you could call the factory, buy 500 nd slap your own name on them, its easy to do

so basically when these players leave the factory ... thats it, they are on their own, no friends, no support, no updates, and most of the time, no clue or care from the sellers!!!!

if it is failing then return it, if the sellers player arse, then paypal claim it, send it back and get something better
