How i can upgrade firmware on this player???

it is not broken but when i play video my picture goes after sound!!

It's normal on cloned players to have video out of sync but you can fix that with softwares like mediacoder and others.....Don't upgrade your player if it's a clone, you may end up bricking your player..

Try using ViDrop for converting your movie files....
