ViDrop is the converter that I use for most all my converting needs.
What is the exact problem that you are running into with the program?

I guess I'm not understanding the 'air bubbles' thing? They are IN the screen,
or are they in the screen protector?

Ok, now the question is, do you have a wal-mart where you are from?
If so, then go there and get the screen protector kit that they have for sale,
and start over. With the bubbles being in the protector, trying to take it off and
re-do it will only make it worse. If you don't have a wal-mart, then any store like Radio Shack will have them also. A good friend taught me how to do it.
1st: take off the old one and "throw it away".
2nd: clean the player face with alcohol and a tissue(not one with lotion), or
some toilet tissue(not the fuzzy kind as it will leave that junk on the
player)
Make sure it's dry.
3rd: get out the new screen protector.
4th: TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! rushing get's no one anywhere fast and you don't
want to do this again.
5th: use a soft cloth to smooth down the protector

The slower you go at this, the better chance you have of not having any air
bubbles in it.

If you trust yourself enough, take the plate off of the player and put it on that way. One of my players that I bought from a friend has the protector on this way and I couldn't even tell there was one on it.
