Hello guys.

I'am "wurstbrot16" and I'm from Germany. I'm sorry for my English ;-)

My problem:

My girlfriends buyed me a MP4 Player for my Birthday. Now the problem. When I would like to start him, he doesn't start. I press the "play" Button to start but nothing. Sometimes it work! Like yesterday. At the evening he worked very good. But today after school he won't start anymore.

My MP4 Player is a noname MP4 Player. I discribe how it looks like and what is typed in.

At the front he is black and at the back he is silver. It has 5 Buttons (Forward, backward, play/stop, volume and menu). Also it has one USB-Port and one Port for my "earpeace"? You say it so? Which you here the Music xD



I Hope you can help me with the small informations why he doesn't start everytime. He has no "hold"! The last info

Yeah that is possible. I don't know beacause it were a present. But, i ask my girlfriend later.

It is not possible that I have to update the software or something else?

Hi, is it a player from 'Chi Chung Cheung'?
Mine has the same problem. They've replaced it for free, but this new one as well stopped working after 2 days. (btw the cd with software came with a virus!)
I've bought another one from 'keychain' on ebay and that one was sent back to China for repair, but I'm still waiting for it (more than 2 months now!).
I suppose it's best to stick with 'real' brands and 'real' stores!
