Hello MP4-Users,
I've got a big problem with my MP4-Player "Jren JR-882B" (8GB)!
I asked the support of the company, but they don't answer.
If I turn it off, the "good-bye" Message follows.
But If I want to turn it on, the Player don't react.
I have to push the "Reset"-button and take it to the PC (With the USB-Cable)


And what is the actual Rockchip-Firmware?
My (Rockchip)-firmware is 00.00.0002
I think, an update could help, but I don't know, if other firmware works.
