| I have a question. Got this player here Venzero SLICKR Have no Idea what brand it actually is. Have a question- are there better firmwares to find than the original one, as it has some bugs if you ask me...4.ex the e-book is unreadable cause black background and white letters...especially Russian letters and I need them too became really cut this way. many thanks in advance for any information |

| Venzero is the name of the brand. Try their "Support"-Website and you will find the latest Firmware-update - now its Firmware FW2.0.3.1b. For all other questions and wishes you coukd get in contact with the company too on their Support-Site. |
