You're right! But for the Teclast T29 1 GB I have to pay around 70 € and perhaps I would have problems with import tax. So I'll test this cheap Glacier and perhaps I could get an Teclast from a seller inside the EU.
PS: The Meizu is even more expensive.

C'mon, you shouldnt buy such thing. If you're worried about the import taxes, houseofdap.com ships with a low declared value like 40$ and marked as a gift. With that, you can be sure you wont be asked for any taxes, alot of ppl have done this way

But houseofdap is still much to expensive. Especially if the player brakes and I have to send it back to USA. I tried to contact several chinese ebay sellers (ebay.com.cn) to get a 2 GB Teclast for 50 EUR + shipping (houseofdap: 100 EUR + shipping) but had no success yet.

HouseofDap is not a US based store, they send their stuff straight from China/Hong Kong and they have good prices... what do you expect, no profit sellers?

No, but the interesting thing about Teclast players is the price. And I don't see the point why I should pay 100 EUR to houseofdap which is the double price as chinese ebay sellers. Perhaps I would pay the 100 EUR to a seller in my country, but not to a seller which sends from USA/China/Hong Kong/India/Japan/Russia/Kenia......

Actually houseofdap is cheap if you compare to players at ur electronic store.

HouseOfDap's player's are a lot better than the noname mp4 players. And it shouldn't break, unlike the mp4's on ebay. Mp4's have so much problems with their firmware, some are hacked, the battery is crap(not on the glacier though) the Teclast don't. If I compare prices in sweden(there I live) is HoD dirt cheap, a Meizu costs more than double here. They are cheaper than iPod Nano's and A LOT better than them too.

As said before, houseofdap.com ships with a low declared value about 20$ and marked as a gift, should be no problem's. :]

Btw, those teclast's and Meizu's can be clones on eBay, you never know when you buy stuff on eBay. So HouseOfDAP is more worth I think.

I got the Glacier player. I think it is pretty OK for this price. I've 12,50 (player) + 10 (shipping) + 8 (import tax) = 30,50 EUR for the 1 GB version. It doesn't feel cheap and it plays my Ogg Vorbis files. I'm trying to get an Teclast T29 from inside the EU because import tax is really high and I don't think that I can get a player without paying tax.
