onda VX858le cant acces mp3 and cant be format

hello, i have a real onda vx858le, but he cant play music now.
before he can... now they cant!

when i tried ''in the menu'' eppears ''no music files'' when i trieds to format the onda my computer said to me this device cant be formated.

sorry for my english...
if somebody have solution ... thanks you.

try turning it on and off, if that does not work. then reset it. it did not recognize the music on the player
