Im thinking about buying a vx989+ but i cant seem to find out if you can change the language to english.

Is there a setting where you can change language or is there a different firmwere that can be installed to get english?

i also have a question about the reziseing of videofiles, if i have a file who's resolution is 640x368, is the player able to play it or do i need to convert it some how?

Yes, there's now English support and no, you don't have to convert any videos.

hmm, the same question was asked on the dapsta forum and they said all their players have english menu as an option. Who should i trust?

Hi,

this is Limesh Parekh from India, I had purchased onda 989 while my visit to china.

It is a fantastic product.

But then I did something that I think I should not have done.

I upgraded the firmware. Even after the firmware upgrade it was working fine.

but after 2 days and nearly 15 mins of mp3 play, I was not able to start the player.

When I press ON button, it hangs up before showing me the menu. (the animated graphics screen hangs )

Can any body help me
