hi i have an mp4 player touchscreen 2,8", 2GB, it's got a firmware 2.8 TFT-1-8G-EN-80107_ONDAlook.rfw, it doesn`t work as it shoud, I want to update another but the Consumerupdate doesn`t let me (finishing USB device...Pelase wait!USB device not found). The computer fouds it like a ,,Removable disK", I can not make update with another firmware

I see that firmware that works poorly ... (inside the menu)

How long have you got Problems with it?
A few Days? Since you bought it?
Have you updated your Firmware before?
Have you opened your Player?

I've got the same player (But from another company ;-) )
