Hey everyone,
Im new here, names Kaush.Im from Sri Lanka.
Im planning on buying a PMP.
At the moment im using my Nokia N80 for videos.
Its great but the battery doesnt last very long on it.
I was checking ebay australia , bcoz one of my friends is coming down in late Jan.
I came across the Onda VX 858 .
It checked up on it , but there are very few reviews on it.
It would be great if you guys could really help me out in choosing a PMP, I have no experience with them.
Something with a 4Gb mem is good enough.
I saw the Ipod video Touch - and thats way too expensive for me right now.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

To answer your question: Most new Chinese PMPs are pretty good and 4GB is pretty standard nowadays. Have a look around our forums for the various manufacturers, maybe you'll find one you like!

Thanks I found a classifieds site in Sri Lanka, this guy is bringing down Onda VX858 2Gb for only US$ 105.
But i dont know if its the Lite edition.-(started reading up on it

That's pretty expensive, you can get 4GB LE versions online shipped for that price.

It should be a LE, normal versions aren't produced anymore since no one ever bought them.

I was reading online that the normal version has the WOLFSON WM8750 chip which produces HQ sound, and the LE version doesnt.

Can you plz tell me some good MP4 players with minimum screen size of 2.8" .

My N80 is great for videos but the problem is the battery life, thats why i want an MP4 player.
Where can i find these online sites?

Dapsta has the ONDA VX747 4GB- wonder if the sound and video in that is good.

Dont order from dapsta made an order for 4v ago and it would onley take 10 days to deliver to me they dont even anser my e-mail`s =/ werry bad service
