Hi

Hi all, new here and to the world of mp4's. I have a mp4 from that I can not for the life of me get the right video ex. on? have tried every file ex. I can think or find? it says its a .avi but always comes up "invalid file format" everthing else works...jpeg's, mp3's etc. but no vid.

Use aviconverter, you can download it from this site, use the resolution setting 320x240 in aviconverter to match the players screen size.

Only avi' s will play and must have a resolution of 320x240.

I can't get the link to work for the avi converter? anyone else have this problem?

First of all thanks everyone for your help in this matter. I have tried to download avi converter from this site but the link is broken...will not work?

I have found avi ver. 4 but all in Chinnese so it is very difficult to use it lol

i bougtht two of these devices from dealextrenme and both had viruses on them.
can you check on the player via the file manager and see if you have any files like autorun.ini and ravmon.exe and also the one i received was not the same as the ones in the pic, if your has screws holding the case together then yours are different too.

BTW - the yellow lie in the player hides the file name but it is "autorun.ini"
just a heads up
not if you have not got your system set up to "view hidded files and folders" then you will not see the files when it is connected to the computer, you will need to look on the player itself

beside one of the units fell apart, buttons fell of and i only had them for 2 hours before i opacked them up and sent them back.

i thought these were seriously bad quality, even for the price
