Herrie, 25 years old from the Netherlands, own a C280 4GB and a T39 2nd run 4GB. I have quite some experience in 'hacking' NEC DVD-/+RW drive firmwares. I'm looking into debugging the C280/T39 using BusTrace to see if we could develop firmwares/features ourselves

Hi Guys,
I'm Christian from Italy.Since I work for Pasen and we just started distributing teclast products i decided to register here to contribute with you.
I just tried the C290 and T39 and let me tell they are really good. The T39 is simply the best player we have tried until now,for my taste is even better than the meizu m6,whose sound was too neutral and the touch strip drove me crazy(but it was the first version, and by first i mean absolutely first).

Hi everyone! I've been reading this forum for about a month now, as I try to decide which player to buy. (Wow, I'm a poet!) My husband recently bought me the Archos 605 wifi, but it's just WAY too complicated and "hi-tech" for me. Plus, a little too bulky for my daily jogs. I told him he could keep it for himself (he didn't seem to mind) and I would find myself a smaller, more user-friendly player. (Not that I don't LOVE the Archos... being able to surf the web from almost anywhere is cool as poop!)

So anyway, I've been reading this forum and the ones over at MP4Nation for the past month, finding out all I could about these neat little gadgets and from the get-go, I've had my eye on a Teclast. Just couldn't decide WHICH one to get! I really sorta want the T39, (I like the touch screen), but after reading about so many problems with the software, etc., and seeing that several stores no longer carry it, I reluctantly decided I best wait on that one.

Finally, just last night, I tossed a coin and went with the 4GB C280. (Ordered it from FutureDaps) It has everything I want, I LOVE the look of it (yeah, I'm a girl!!), and it has more memory than the C290, the closest competitor in my book. I like the 290's bigger screen, but I was a TINY bit worried about the G-Sensor stuff. I know it can be turned off, but.... for some reason, I worry it may somehow "bugger it up" just by being there, know what I mean? I would probably never use it, so I just decided not to bother with it and get the 280. SOOO... anyone else have a 280 and love/hate it? And why? Did I make a good decision?

Wow... SORRY to make such a long, boring, rambling first post! I guess this is my way of saying "hi!" :-)

Christian,
Hello! I just made my first post a minute ago and now notice that you work for Pasen and you say you really like the T39?! Is that the 2nd run? Can you tell me, are the problems I hear about fixed in this version? Do you see any problems with it in general? I would still really like to get one and would like to know where to buy one. Thank you!
Marty
