How do the ID3 tags work? It still seems to only show the file name as before

Okay I see- if you hold the power button momentarily but not long enough to turn it off, it changes to artist/album view. The normal view still shows file name as the title.

I almost recovered it !
I followed instructions here: RockChip Dead Player recovery / Mp4 Consumer Update Program - D-chord Firmware - RockChip Dead Player recovery / Mp4 Consumer Update Program - D-chord Firmware and I can make my computer see it as a usb drive. But for now, no way to use the consumer updater. I'll make more test as soon as possible.

Sorry but it doesn't work! And now when i connect it to the computer it shut down!
aaaaaaaah
From some time i passed to Ipod nano... more easy to use but the sound quality is not the same of my old c280. I'm very sad that I can't rest it!!!
I'm thinking that if I found the adress of teclast i will send it to chine to ask if they can repair it!
