Hi all,

I want to talk about this player only, NEO Zazz Evolution X-Line 8 Giga. As far as I know now, this version of the C280 is sold only in Europe under the trademark "Neo". (http://www.neo-europe.com/2007/fr/in...aladeurs&ID=16)

I try to change my firmware, but the C280 firmware are not totaly compatible. I have upgraded my MP3 player with this frimware and look what happened :

TL-C280(V01.07.0008).rfw No Access to memory, no sound
TL-C280(V01.08.0010).rfw No Access to memory, no sound
TL-C280(V01.09.0004).rfw no sound
TL-C280(V01.09.0007).rfw no sound

This firmware display the Teclast logo on start up. The original firmware displayed a Neo logo. The version was V01.08.0010.

The original CD provides only this firmware version TL-C280(V01.07.0003) (from CD).rfw, which is NOT a Neo firmware but a teclast firmware. I can't do anything else than asking Neo to publish their firmware. I try to do that for 2 months, but they are not cooperating.

The same for my NEO Zazz Evolution X-Line 8GB

No support from them.
Their website says "Firmware available soon" for 1 year !!!
