|  Sound problem on my C280 player Hi Guys, I need your help : i just bought ma player but i have an issue with it : the sound is very low. When I increase the volume, nothing happens : it still the same  I tried to update the firmware but i don't manage to do it : what is the procedure ? I installed the softawre FirmwareUpadate but when i tried to upgrade i get the following error message : "not found any Rock USB device" : what is the problem ? Anticipated thanks, luiskisasoul |

| Hi, luiskisasoul, (lavodkaossi) Start your C280, go to your setting, System settings, Firmware and press yes. Plug your USB. You should see a new device, which is not recognized by windows. So at this point, go to your device settings to update your drivers. Use the one that is on your CD (Rock USB). After that, open the FirmwareUpdater, and proceed, it should work. PS: I have sound problem too, but no sound at all since I had upgrated my firmware with chiness firmware. I hope to find a solution with european firmware. |
