T29 has better sound quality and responsive. The c280 Just give you good games and video to me, other than that, it's super crap, sound, how it responds to touch, and the gui.

I guess I am the only person with a different opinion, but so far I still think that the C280 is the best player of the bunch. The video is the best I have seen on any player. The audio is on par with the T29, maybe not quite as loud but the same fidelity (remember it also has a Wolfson chip).

I sell quite a few teclasts locally, and when I put all the teclasts on a table side by side, Everyone goes for the C280. Not the C260 or T29, or T39.

The T39 might be a stong contender when cases are available and there is stable firmware released in the future. Even though the T39 is more forgiving and more video friendly with xvid, I think the C280 video is still sharper, better contrast, and crisper.

The only people that don't like the C280, are the people that need their teclasts cranked all the way up to 40 volume, with all the effects engaged. Of course you will hear distortion when you do this.

The touchpad and gui is amazing to me. You must learn how to press the touch button properly. Once you have it figured out, it responds nearly 100% of the time. The key is the barely touch the button, don't press. Easy.

For those that have to have loud music studio level volume, then the T39 is definately the player for you, not the C280.

The T39 has the Wolfson WM8978G chip while T29 and C280 have the Wolfson WM8750.
Apart from more loudness/volume, does the T39 produce have better fildelity/sound quality/reproduction than T29 and C280?

SkySports yea, I liked C280 for video a lot. But I listen a lot more to music. And I also like small players, so the T29 is my favourite. I didn't like browsing on the C280 at all, T29s was a lot better. I don't like rockchip that much. The GUI is to ugly. The T29s battery was also better. (or is it just me who thinks that?)

I even like the sound of the C280 better than the T29 too. C280 is just not as loud, volume wise.

The T39 could very well sound better than all of them, but I haven't done a player to player comparison. It is definately in the same ballpark as T29 or C280.

It is louder than any DAP I have ever seen, dangerously loud (to power external speaker) This is what will make many people very happy.

For Me - I Own A T29, Then A T39 And I Can Say That Both Sounds Better Than Normal Mp3 Players. The Sound Quality Is Very Good, Nothing To Complain!
