Dima,

Two DAP units utilizing the same ‘sound-chip’ does not equate to those players sounding exactly the same.

There are numerous electronic components that stand between the ‘sound-chip’ and the ‘head phone out’ that can effect the sound that one actually hears through their earspeakers.

Yeah I know. But it can't sound worse(or atleast that you can notice it). I think that they even have optimazed the sound on the C280. It does sound louder than the T29 for me.

i Really don't know, but it sound really horrible to me, i returned it back after a while because i was fed up with it because it was also the touch that made me mad.
