The video problem you are referring to is only a firmware issue. All of the Teclasts up to this point have been sold with the buggy firmware installed. The sellers must tell you this, and thus you have the little warning, (good indication of a good seller).
A firmware update that completely corrects this problem has just been developed. Starting next week, All the C260s rolling off the assembly line will have the new stable firmware already installed. Also, keep in mind, it is only a firmware issue. The first players off the assembly line are not defective. If you got one of the first ones, hardware wise, they are exactly the same as the newer ones. A simple firmware upgrade will make video play at beautiful full frame rate, as advertised.
Rumor:
The C260 2GB versions have already started rolling off the assembly line. They should be on sale in China very soon. I am told there are no plans for a 4GB version, but you never know.
