i wanted to make my own skin for my pentagram r touch/teclast c260.
i did vistastyle menu and new bootscreen and shutdown and how can i replace it in Dancemammal's Firmware editor ?

this is it:

first i open original pentagram r touch firmware then one of the 320x240 .*Lst's from Dancemammal application and i try to replace the MainMenu
and it's shows me that it's updated but skin is still original....

what should i do ??
(sorry for my english but i'm still learning)
please help...
