Hi guys, I really need help from somebody.

I want to upgrade my teclast c260 with a new firmware but i really sux at things like that so I need help. Can somebody help me from the begining?

The name on my is ZAP SR100 because I bought it in sweden but it lookes exactly the same and a friend told me that it is exactly the same.

Srry for the bad english are from sweden!
