Dead or alive?

This is the story:
The first thing I did was to update the player to the mac skin. But When i tried to listen to music on it with the mac skin it wasn't any files there. Then I looked at the explorer at the player all files was folders with wierd names. So I Update it do the original skin. But it was the same problem there so I updated it to the FW that was on it when i bought it and everything worked there. Then tried I to update it to V.10 bu when I did it the Firmware updater just crash. and i couldn't do anything else on the computer so I restarted it. Then I couln't start the player everything was black. It was only the touch buttons that lighted. And everytime I try To update the player The Firmware Updater crash!!!

Can anyone help me? please :S

When you have the mac skin then you go to music and press update, then you have all files

You restarted your PC when firmware was updating, it caused your C260 "dead". Or back to original, something wrong, ah... why you not back it to V.10 original ? then update new skin. I never update to old firmware. It's safe way.
What 's Fw update crash ? do it got stuck ?
Ok, now get back to life by manual way :
If, your C260 's pad lighted while you touch it, seem it still alive, but you can see anything (like "blank screen" condition) in black screen ?. Let move :
1 left 1 M 5(or 6, i don't remember) down 1 M 1 down 1 M 1 left 1 M
connect to PC and update. You see rockchip device.
Notice : move to other PC, install latest updater. Leave your PC alone !

It was Firmware updater V.3.1.2.0
