hi

i bought my mp4 player since a month
now it doesnt work
i can turn it on but if i try to use the manue (via touchpad)
it doesnt react i dont know

what can i do?

i tried to upgrade or recover the software but
it always say

Finding USB device ...-Please wait
USB device not found.

please help me

It doesn't appear a key lock in the screen?
If it is so your player is locked...
To release it you must keep pressed light PLAY/PAUSE while you press POWER key. In screen must appear a key lock opening

To upgrade firmware you have to put your player in upgrade mode...
This is done with the player OFF... swith ON/OFF in OFF position...
Then pressing POWER key while plug USB cable until you hear the sound signal from the PC... tray icon must show "rockusb" status.
then you can upgrade your player

hmm..

when i try to play or to select something of the menu
it doesnt react it doesnt even light on
when i touch the touchpad it doesnt light on
its only react if push the power on and power off button

do u think it will be done if i install a new firmware?

i have done now the upgrade
and it says that it was sucessfully
but i switched it on and i could do any thing
it shows me the menu but the touchpad dont light or react
alllllllssooo the power on/off button
what can i do now
i tried the 1.10.xxxx v the newest one
how can i upgrade again when it says to me rockchip device not found

if said "rockchip device not found" is beacuse is not in upgrade mode.

then:
with the player OFF (swith ON/OFF in OFF position)...

it say upgrading sucessfully but the problems are still be there (touchpad)
ok so i want to try to upgrad an another firmware
so i repeat the steps again but now it doesnt react again with rockusb
it open the usb folder
and when i try to upgrade it says to me
there is no device
what can i do now
