Video downloads

Has anyone downloaded any videos from places like Amazon.com and had them work on this player? Do you need to convert these to a special format? If these have a DRM thing, is it impossible. I've downloaded the mp3's from Amazon.com because they are DRM-free, and they've worked perfectly. I would like to use the video feature also.
Thanks

All videos have to be converted... especially those for rockchip players (like most of Teclast) as audio is mp2 which is very uncommon.
There is lots of threads here for rockchip video specifications.
Anyway here is something that can help
video codec = xvid
bitrate = 500
fps = 20 fps
audio = mp2
