| I tried to load previous firmware, but it does not work. It was working previously after upgrading the firmware. Now the pc does not recognize it either as rocusb or as a removable drive. all it does when plugging it to pc is for the buttons to momentarily light up and goes off, then nothing. no white screen, only a dimly lit lcd screen. |

| if you got blank screen (black) then you dont have to press'n'hold any button. It will recognise it as unknown usb device. And all you have to do is install the drivers again! Just go to the control panel, select this usb device and choose the rockusb driver. Then you will be able to upgrade firmware again. And dont worry if the speed of upgrade will be very slow. After few minutes your player will be healthty again  All you guys have to do is to reinstall the rockusb drivers. Becouse system sees the player as another (not the same) device in each situation. | I donn't speak very well, english language. My c260 is in white screen . I tried to coonect with power button hold, combination of m left down down down down down down M right M left M but NO LIFE. I have tried reinstall rock driver in control panel but windows say he can't complete the operation. i tried to disinstall usb periperals and connect c260 but windows first "found usb devide" " hardware is ready to use" but after 10 seconds "usb device non responding....". This evening i try to make this operation in another pc but i think is the same result.Sorry for my english. |

| if it gives you white screen you have to hold power button (only power button, no need to use touch panel) just a short moment AFTER you connect the player to the pc. Then you should be able to install the rockusb device as normal, and upgrade firmware. If something goes wrong as usb device not responding I would say that it has broken. Sorry... |
