I have windows vista and I got a "4play" device .. now when I try connecting my USB it says "found new hardware" somthing like that and I need to insert disc, so I insert my disc and then it says driver for this device is not found ....

plzzz help me im so desperate ...

I think the program is called somthing "ROCK MP3" OR chiprock dunno ... I can't transfer music to my MP4 PLZZZ any suggestions I'm begging you!
