| The default language is Chinese, it switches to it after every firmware update. To change it to english, go to settings (bottom right picture on main screen), click the first of the options that pop up, then the first again, now a small box with 2 arrows and words in the middle should pop up. Repeatedly press any arrow untill the words, in english, say english. now tap anywhere other then the box to make it go away. You are now set to english, enjoy.
