You could try viDrop for for both your players:

viDrop

For your drivers, have a look at this page:

Q100 Drivers

Look on the left side for a list with numbers 1-5...those are mirror sites. Find one of them that works (#2 worked for me). You'll get a RAR file that obviously you need to uncompress for the driver files. There you go.

Sorry, can't help you with the exact procedure to actually upgrade/install.
