Smile Negative comments are good

Yes I understand,

And beleive me, these negatives comments only HELP the industry as a whole. And don't think the people that can make a difference do not read this forum. Beleive me they read all the public forums! When someone wrote a horrible and honest review about the T39, it REALLY punched Teclast in the gut. I heard this review was copied and distributed to many other sites all over the internet, and was even translated into Chinese and then copied on the Chinese language pages. I heard that Teclast lost 10s of thousands of dollars because of this review. Many of the big overseas distributers refused to buy any T39 they had already built and the stores in China stopped stocking them, turning to T29 and C series instead. And this review was made by someone on a forum just like you, who also rightfully hates the T39.

It is true that the 1st and 2nd runs had terrible problems.... I had both branded and non branded T39 in the early days and the defect rate was much worse than other players I had ever sold. Many Many months later, I order the Pasen version and quality has improved drastically. Perhaps this BAD review had something to do with the quality improving, NO?

The point is, there are people saying terrible things about the terrible players, and I know first hand that the culprits are feeling it where it really hurts.

I cannot go into any detail about this to protect the privacy of everyone involved. But I hope this makes you feel a bit better. Negative comments help all of us tremendously!

I just hate my T39 so much and can't believe anyone actually likes it ...and mine's a 2nd generation Teclast model... I hate to think what the 1st generation products were like

Fitting expensive chips is nice, but if the circuit design and other components are poor, then there's no point. The amount of clicks, snaps, and crackles from my T39 suggests poor design or cost cutting shortcuts being made

Anyone else hear the news that Apple is moving away from Wolfson chips?
