MP4 Users - View Single Post - Screen problems and differentes within the T39 body

I will agree with most of what you are saying here. But I think it is unfair to blame the sellers who have posted on this forum. If you recall, HouseofDap pulled the plug on all his T39s very early on, and refused to sell them anymore. Futuredaps (my store) actually made the world aware that some players had buttons in a different place. Both my suppliers and loyal customers told me to delete the post and keep my mouth shut, I didn't. Of course, after making this announcement to the world, it make it very difficult to sell these players. Also, on this very thread, Mr. Dj M. made me aware of a screen problem on the Pasen for the very first time. Even though 80% of my customers would not be able to tell the difference, it bothers him and it bothers me. Therefore, I pulled these problem players out of circulation (at expense to me once again). You are 100% percent correct about the support issue from China though.

And Of course sellers are users! I met one of the sellers in China and he was proudly showing the world a new model player he got. I am a proud owner of a C280. Also, most of the trusted sellers discussed on here don't just carry any player in their stores. Most of us only carry players that we like. I am sure you have seen some of the Hong Kong MP4 stores that carry 100 types of rockchip cheap player.

There are many threads on MP4 forums about finding great earphones at a great price. Well one of my best friends and I may have done it! We went all over Guandong province with a Meizu, Teclast, and Ipod sampling all the earphones we could find. How is this for being a USER.

As for not being honest about player faults.... My opinion is, a seller CANNOT bash an MP4 company for a particular model on a public forum. Who is to say that in 2 years one of these Chinese companies won't release the best DAP player in the world. It would be ashame to ruin this relationship over one model. I don't think a seller can do more than say, they don't particularly like one model over another one.

I have posted repeatedly that I like the C series Teclast better than the T series Teclast.... hint hint.
Most of my customers ignore my posts and buy a 1st run T39 anyway. Every customer that emails me for an opinion, I give them a total breakdown of each player I sell. Most of the time, my opinion stands for nothing anyway. I just sell the customer what they want.
