| The problem is the most active members of this forum are not "users"... They just sell these players, so they only say good things about them and are not interested in talking about bugs or faults.
A few times I have posted about hardware and software problems, but other members are not interested or say the problems are not important! Only recently I've seen some honest comments from sellers saying they're sick of having to give money back to buyers for broken chinese players.
Chinese players used to have a price advantage over the Korean and American brands making them worth the risk and the faults. But now iPod/iRiver/iAudio/etc.. cost about the same as a T39, so the chinese need to drop prices or make a massive increase in quality and support if they want to sell to the west!!! |
