To add Chinese to your XP you have to follow the instructions shown here
ÎÞ±êÌâÎĵµ then you can go back and forth in language using "Regional and Language Options" "Regional" tab.
It will show some strange characters from time to time that you can revert changing values once you have stopped using RKLogoEdit in the same "Regional and Language Options" turning back to original.
I've done it many times and, unfortunately, is the only way to deal with the editor for v01.10.0001.
