Why should I give you proof to you?If you want to waste your time by not trusting others,doesn't mean others are also willing to do just to make you believe us.I just tell you that I do the sourcing for Pasen,went to china,know many factories and solution you don't even know of his existence,and saw this model with same shape and same interface from many factories,as this is a public model.
To understand public model I have to explain how chinese factories works.
In china 99% of factories doesn't have any development team,they just buy pcs of hardware from other company and assemble them,that is public model.Then there are some factory that ask these company doing the hardware to develop something for them,only for them,it could be just shape of the player or could be some special software function,that is private model.
The model you posted is private models,it mean any factory can buy its pieces and assemble that model,now even the vx858 has become public that's why always more brand are appearing using it.The T39 with telechip maybe is private,I am not sure of this,it could just be that factory don't wanna offer that model since telechip is 10 usd more expensive than rockchip.
Hell,even our Pasen Touchmusic factory can offer that model you listed,is that enough for you?!

I never said vx979 was based on ADI.I listed you on the other topic which models are based on ADI BF533.The vx979 is a rockchip rk2608.Maybe you mean the vx989+,that is based on Ingenic jz4740.
It has same shape as the vx989 as it come from same factory, and they just used the same mold.
I just said the ADI bf533 is more powerful than the ingenic,as it is 600mhz and slighly less new(so more developed) but also much more expensive and consume much more battery.

You are right,afterall it's just hardware.The telechip is much more powerful than rockchip (but the new rockchip is coming out soon) and thus allow faster response and greater function.
T39 with last firmware has the following features that shitty rockchip you posted doesn't have :
-30 fps video playback.Rockchip struggle at 24 fps with some video and must use 20fps
-Album cover art.For me this is just worth much
-playlist
-picture browser
-easier and safer method for upgrading firmware
-responsive touchscreen
-greater equalization possibilities
-greater customization of interface
-and now they are adding flv support,which will be much smoother than in rockchip
-audio in
