oppo is back with their best MP4 player ever -- the S5
Super Five. Currently, only S5H, the 2GB version is out. S5I (4GB) is expected to be released shortly.
The S5 looks very similar to its predecessor V5, but the difference lies beneath the skin. With a new blue GUI and interface (the V5 was based on red), the S5 can now blaze through video formats AVI, MPG, MPEG, DAT, RM, RMVB, 3GP and FLV with its 533 MHz ADI processor.
Since it also plays MP3, WAV, WMA, WMA Lossless, OGG, APE and FLAC through its WOLFSON8987 audio decoder, it's not lacking on the music front either. The player features DBEE sound enhancement. As one of China's premier brands, oppo does not compromise on quality. The S5 comes bundled with Sennheiser's classic MX400 earphones.
The 2GB version goes for 899 CNY, which roughly amounts to $120 USD.
