Well, the video bitrate in my point of view don't need to be so high as in 256kbps or 192kbps. As simply the movie has been resized to 220x176 and the drop in bitrate to 128kbps does not really play a significant factor.

i tried a 96kbps bitrate, and certain parts of the movie appeared very slight distortions.
