 battery is the rattle
When I say rattle, I mean the loose battery issue. I think if you removed that soldier, you are fine now. That is not to say that all 1st run broke, this is not the case. But the defect ratio was horrible in the beginning. Keep in mind that all new ones are well past first run now.
