It is just the VISTA PLAYER that appears to be rebranded by HIP STREET. They purchased them in quantity and paid a little extra to put HIP STREET on them. I can buy them as well in large quantity and pay them to put CRUISIN MUSIC on them if I wanted to. The firmware appears to be similar to the Teclast just laid out differently.
